Everybody here has seen the "Surf's Up" segment but the entire program is extremely hard to come by. Until now that is.

Enjoy this time capsule from 1967!

  4. I have the files but not an appropriate player, it seems. Can anyone point me to something that can handle this kind of file, or perhaps a suitable file converter? Or maybe I just need instructions! I'm on a Mac, and not terribly technowledgeable.

  5. It should be a dvd video folder. Try burning it as a video dvd. I don't have a Mac so I'm not sure what kind of software you have. Has anybody else had trouble with this dvd?

  6. Hmm... no joy yet - I'll have an extended play around later and report back, if only for other Mac users.

  7. Damn! I never thought that I'd get to see all of this one. Thanks.

As for the bonus audio: farts in stereo? Shouldn't they be in mono - or duophonic?

  8. I wonder, does one need a password to be able to open these files once downloaded? I'm also on a Mac and downloaded everything fine, but don't seem to be able to extract the files now on my hard drive. I see the password link . . .

Many thanks. Can't wait to see this.

  11. I'm very much looking forward to finally seeing Inside Pop, however the link to Part 15 is broken. Can you re-post this one file? Thanks!!

  12. Anybody have any advice for Mac users on this? I seemed to have downloaded everything successfully but cannot extract the files to play. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  13. Hey Dan. Try UnRarX for Os X. Works good... and you have to put in the password (if there is one) first.

    So... repost for part 15?

  14. Thanks Leesa. I do have UnRarX, so it must be the password issue. What's the password here? Thanks a lot.

  15. Skipper!!!

Thanx for the repost of #15!!! And especially THANX for using the Multi D/L site!!! Now I can get these really cool "things" much faster!!!

Hey Dan... I dunno anything about the pass here. I'm not sure I needed one. I guess I'll know later today when I get all of this.

If it's not a password issue, you might wanna run Disc Utility from your install disc (Boot from that disc). There may be permission thangs that are all messed up.

You might wanna pick up Leopard Cache Cleaner (from macupdate)... or Snow Leopard Cache Cleaner - depending on your OS... It "cleans" and does Permissions just a bit deeper than Disc Utility. And it does it with the endemic Apple Scripts in your OS... so now reason to be a-scared.

  16. Great post thankyou - I've been looking for this for a while. Does anyone know where I could find the Beach Boys 1976 "It's Ok" TV special? or 1996 Nashville Sounds material? Any help would be appreciated.

  17. Maybe I'm not too late with this.... finally found Handbrake, which converts VOB files to MP4s.. - and it's worked.
